Yes. At One Simple Rule, we want our customers to make their height chart ruler their own. Both our Original and Chalk rulers can be personalised at no extra cost. Take a look at our gallery to see how some of our customers personalised their rulers.

We are always happy to take on board our customers’ requests so please get in touch with us and let us know how we can help.

FREE within UK through a fully tracked & insured courier. We also offer competitive delivery prices worldwide.

We normally allow a 2-week-turnaround for all our handmade, personalised products. Need it sooner? Let us know and we’ll do everything we can meet your deadline.

We accept returns for items damaged in transit or if you receive a wrong order.

Unfortunately, due to the made to order nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for personalised products which do not fall into these categories.

If your item is damaged by our courier, please contact us at the earliest opportunity.

For insurance purposes, we require close up and distant images of all damage to the product and packaging.

Where possible, products must be returned in original packaging.

Returning items will be free of charge and a pre-paid return label emailed to you.
