Delivery

We use UPS for all deliveries within the UK and internationally. UPS provides fully tracked and insured delivery services, ensuring reliable and secure shipping.

• UK Delivery: FREE via tracked courier.
• International Delivery: Competitive rates apply and will be calculated at checkout.

Turnaround Time

All our products are handmade and personalised, with a typical 2-week turnaround.

Need it sooner? Get in touch—we’ll do our best to meet your deadline.

Returns

We accept returns in the following cases:

• The item is damaged in transit
• You received the wrong order

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for personalised items unless they meet the above criteria.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. For insurance purposes, we require:

• Clear photos of the damage (both close-up and wide shots)
• Photos of the outer packaging

Where possible, return the item in its original packaging.

We will provide a free pre-paid return label via email.
